Realizzati di recente, offrono sistemazioni moderne ed accoglienti ideali per famiglie e per lavoro. Dotati di climatizzatore e connessione Wi-Fi gratuita, gli appartamenti includono una cucina completamente attrezzata e bagno privato. La struttura ricettiva è servita da ogni servizio come la stazione dei taxi in Piazza XXIV Maggio, la linea del tram 3 per il Duomo, la linea 2 e linea 4 (in costruzione) della metropolitana, supermercati nelle vicinanze, le piste ciclabili lungo il Naviglio Grande e il Naviglio Pavese percorribili fino al Parco del Ticino.
